Our Review!

I’m obsessed with Botan Sushi—from the stylish, cozy interior to the fresh sashimi and spicy salmon poke, every bite felt like a treat! The Dancing Dragon Roll was crispy, creamy, and packed with flavor, and the service was quick and friendly. Hands down the best Japanese spot in Irvine—10/10, will be back weekly!

Botan Sushi knocked it out of the park! The quality of the fish (especially the yellowtail nigiri) is top-tier, and the Vegas Fried Roll was so addictive—crunchy outside, rich inside. The dining area is gorgeous (those flower lights are chef’s kiss), and the portions are generous for the price. Absolute must-visit if you love Japanese food!

Finally found my go-to sushi spot in Irvine! The seaweed salad was refreshing, the Spicy California Hand Roll was perfectly seasoned, and the salmon sashimi melted in my mouth. The vibe is fun and inviting, and the staff made great recommendations. 5 stars isn’t enough—this place is incredible!
